Thanks hun & Congrats to your self for joining! I was like that when I started training in the beginning too. It could be your seeing results & not losing because your building muscle. More cardio such as running & spin class worked for me. (from experience) Def give it a try. Also check out this web. MAXIMUS - Deep Lunges 
MINIMUS - Squats
Honestly, you need NOTHING else to get the butt you dream of, just these three exercises!

1 Month left

1 more month till I leave for boot camp. I can run 1.5 miles under 14 mins which is great to start off with heading there. I cant wait till I come back. I’m going to be much more fit & in shape!

My leg are so sore, I might be pushing my self to hard….uhhh… No I don’t think so!
